Parking, EV Charging and Bicycle Parking

The Parking Garage at 188 Spear Street can be reached at 415 543 6027. The entrance to the parking garage is located on Spear Street.  The garage provides valet parking Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. After hours, monthly parking customers may access the garage at any time using their security access card at the reader located at the garage entry. Pedestrian access to the garage is from the main lobby via the last elevator at the end of the hallway.

 

Daily Parking

The garage is open to daily parking customers Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis. Designated parking spaces for disabled individuals are located in the garage. Additionally, there are 15 public parking facilities offering both covered and open-air parking within a four-block radius.

 

Monthly Parking

We are currently accepting Monthly Parking applications for consideration. Click here to see Tenant Charges for current rates. Please contact the Garage Manager at 415 543 6027 for more information.
 

Bicycles

The Bike Room is available to tenants and is accessed via card key. The room accommodates 53 bikes and is located on the ground floor next to the back entrance. A bike waiver form will need to be completed prior to receiving access to the bike room. The Bike Waiver form is located in the Tenant Portal.
